We offer a wide range of 100% original branded perfumes, testers, and niche fragrances for both men and women.
2. Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes, all perfumes sold on Jasway Sdn Bhd are guaranteed original and sourced directly from authorized distributors and suppliers.
3. Do you provide samples?
Currently, we do not provide samples. However, we often run promotions where selected purchases come with complimentary testers.
4. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, e-wallets (e.g., Touch ‘n Go, Boost), and other secure payment gateways.
6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 2–4 working days, while East Malaysia may take 3–7 working days.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia.
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items received. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photo proof.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel through the courier’s official website.
